A Colorado native I was raised in Castle Rock. My first trip to Steamboat Springs came in the spring of 1975 while traveling with fifteen other
biology students from the University of Colorado. Our final week in "Aquatic Biology" was to be a river trip down the Green River of Utah. Driving through Steamboat en route to Utah, I had my first glimpse of the 'Boat.
One week and many insects later I returned to campus with an entirely new perspective on life! I suffered through year-end finals, celebrated my 21st birthday, packed my VW and headed back to Steamboat. I assured my parents that I
would only spend the summer and then I would get "back to reality". That was about 25 years ago and this, thank God, has been my reality ever since! In 1988 I met and married Scott Eggleston, a real estate broker who
owned his own company. Two years and two babies later (identical twin girls) Scott and I really had our hands full. Over the next few years I'd heard enough of the real estate business to know it was time to get involved. When the
girls started kindergarten I started my real estate career.Working together has worked really well for us. I get to do what I like which is marketing and advertising, and Scott does what he loves best, contracts and
negotiations. We work with residential properties as well as ranches and land and are just as comfortable hosting open house gourmet breakfasts in our luxury properties as well as on-site BBQ's on vacant land. You definitely should
look us up when you are in Steamboat Springs. Please feel free to call or e-mail us to help you with any real estate need. |
